He successfully delivered a prestigious programme in his capacity as a Project
Director for a leading financial services company. He also managed the
technology infrastructure of the company and played many key roles to roll out
new systems and processes across the organisation.
Prior to this, he worked as the Head of IT for a FTSE 250 company with its
operations in the Middle-East where he introduced many changes in the IT
operations that focused on bolstering the communication processes and technical
standing, making the organisation one of the leading businesses in the country.
He was an integral part of the management team and his forte has been his
systematic approach, quick thinking, foresight and excellent people management
skills.
Sharad's clients have been leading organisations in various industries
including IT
Products and Services, financial services, local government, FMCG distribution
and logistics, retail and travel.
As a founder director of E-Intellekt UK Ltd, Sharad’s mission is to enable
clients get maximum and sustainable return on their IT investments.

Sharad is currently engaged with a leading IT telecoms service and systems
integration service provider as a Software Development Factory Manager for North
Europe, delivering various transformation initiatives for the organisation. He

arm-chair pilot on Microsoft Flight Simulator with his eight year old daughter as
